Moin guys..i tryed a lots of times to install the 1.3 patch new.i could not open the last 1.3 version.so i had to install the game new...1.2 version i can play but i cant install a 1.3 patch..dont know why..a friend who knows more about pc tryed to help but still it doesnt work.im not glad about it and i hope i find an expert who can help me.i am to stupid to do it..And happy new year all!

i try if i have the time..i think it doesnt work..i know not much about pcs and my english is not good..it would be difficult.

i thank you..i miss playing on ohmy,,i can play on 1.2 server but its better on 1.3 and on ohmy server..i have steam but cod2 is not installed by steam..i use windows 10..with windows xp 3 pack i think because of the combability.

If you right click on the application you should be able to right click and select properties. From there, go to compatibility and select Windows XP. This might help.

it is not possible to install the 1.3 patch.........-interal failure error number :0x80040707 description---install shield 1628:failed to complete installation

i got it ------just simply easy. i buy the game on steam and it works
